Job Description & Requirements
- Perform customer service duties at the front desk such as handling patient registration, appointment booking, answering phone calls and attending to patients' enquiries.
- Provide assistance to the dentists while treating the patient.
- Take all reasonable methods to ensure patient comfort.
- Assist in patient’s claims submission and any other administrative works assigned.
- Complies with Infection Control Practices and maintains Infection Control Standards. Maintain and ensure cleanliness of the clinic.
- Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting payment and scheduling of next appointment.
- Send, receive and monitor cases that are sent to the dental laboratory.
- Complying with all dental ethical guidelines including all rules on confidentiality and Data Protection.
- To carry out any other duties as requested by colleagues to ensure that patients receive a high quality of patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- Capable and independent good team player
- Warm and caring personality
- Able to handle Mandarin speaking patients
- Relevant experience preferred but not necessary
