**Responsibilities**:
Manage a team of financial analysts that provides in-depth decision support analysis and justification on sales and commercial strategies
Develop a deep understanding & knowledge on volume, revenue and profit drivers across the entire business
Manage and allocate the company’s marketing budget across the channels. Review budget justifications, spend type and spend effectiveness.
Drive the monthly sales and revenue target setting process.
Identify accounting/financial/system/business process implications of commercial decisions.
Lead the financial evaluation of new brand/product propositions, challenging assumptions from Trade and Brand Marketing, and build up the P&L through scenario modeling.
Manage Channel P/L & KA P/L with channel heads to develop profit building blocks
Lead monthly revenue closing process with all stakeholders (accounting, commercial, FP&A etc)

**Requirements**:
Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications
Experience in FP&A or business finance roles
