**Resposibilities**:
**Incoming & Receiving (Inbound)**
- Unloading and receiving cargo from transporter/suppliers.
- Matching of DO against product and Purchase Order (PO).
- Report discrepancy to Procurement or Enginer in charge.
- Uncrate / unpack / unload / break bulk of incoming item.
- Arrangements of inspection with QA and Engineer in charge to meet DO turn around.
- Label the item and bin in to designated location.

**Outgoing Delivery (Outbound)**
- Matches DO with physical items.
- Picking and retrieving of remining parts in the location.
- Pack and prepare for shipment / inspection.
- Weighting of package and inform to logistic for the preparation of packing list.
- Assist in crating activities.
- Pasting of shipping marks.
- Release the correct shipment to the correct forwarder to eliminate outgoing shipment discrepancy.

**Release of Materials (Withdraw / Internal Transfer)**
- Picking of parks from withdraw form.
- Retrieval and preservation of parts in the location for internal transfer.

**Maintenance of Warehouse**
- Reconsolidation of the warehouse receiving parts to ensure best utilization and ensuring enough warehouse location to cater for incoming or held shipment.
- Monthly stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain 5S in warehouse area.
- Daily inspection of Forklift and Stacker.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level.
- Computer Proficiency in MS Office.
- Possess a Forklift License.
