Job Scope
- Reviewing and providing oversight of monthly accounts and management reports for investment holding companies and quarterly consolidated accounts for Funds
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly investor reports for Funds and co-investments, as well as ad-hoc deliverables requested by investors and head office
- Calculating management fees and liaising with tax advisors on tax filing and submission
- Reviewing annual financial statements for investment holding companies and limited partnerships in Singapore, and coordinating with external auditors to resolve any issues
- Handling corporate secretarial matters for investment holding companies in coordination with the service provider
- Determining projected capital calls and expected distribution amounts, and reviewing capital call and distribution notices
- Reviewing actual vs budget results and managing the invoice approval and payment process to ensure compliance with the relevant Delegation of Authority matrix
- Providing finance-related information for deal acquisition and divestment and reviewing overall financial controls, suggesting improvements as needed
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- A degree in accounting and/or be a CPA holder
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with experience in a public accounting firm, preferably within the Audit function (specialization in the real estate fund environment is a bonus)
- Strong team player skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an analytical mind
- Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges, as well as the ability to initiate and work independently
- Familiarity with India deals/tax structuring is preferred.
