**Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a Finance Senior or Finance Executive to join our fast-growing and vibrant team. He/She will report to the Chief Financial Officer

**Job Description
- Responsible and in-charge of full set of monthly management accounts
- Assist CFO in preparing and monitoring budget, forecasts and revenue analytics
- Prepare and file quarterly GST report
- Prepare and file annual XBRL
- Process and handle daily finance transactions including (but not limited to):

- o Preparation of payment vouchers & processing payments
- o Checking and processing claims
- o Invoicing and trade volume reconciliation
- o Debt recoverability
- o Maintenance of Account Files
- Liaise with tax agent on yearly tax annual filing
- Responsible in liaising with auditors and preparing Financial Statements
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of quarterly investor report
- Other ad-hoc related duties

**Requirements
- Positive work attitude, motivated, and initiative
- Minimum degree in Accountancy or with relevant qualification
- Flexible and able to constantly adapt and work in an everchanging environment
- Technical and Detailed
- Xero Proficient
