**Job Scope**:
Provide a comprehensive understanding of the relevant IT solutions through product demonstrations, technical explanations and documentation
Assist the sales team in the completion of RFP and RFI
Create/work with sales to prepare business analysis discovery documentation and presentation material to prospects to highlight the value-add proposition of the solution.

Deliver Proof of Concept/POC tailored to meet customer’s functional & technical requirements
Serve as internal expert on product functionality and technology supporting the sales team

Recommend new voice and data network technology to support business needs
Manage information technology department activities and resources
Ensure technology solutions meet needs
Review network and infrastructure security levels
