**Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office**
The COO Office supports our COO to streamline operations and align them with strategic goals. You will work with the COO, Heads of Departments, and stakeholders across GIC to achieve operational excellence.

**Cyber Security, Information & Technology Risk Management**
You will be a part of an independent risk management function to protect the firm’s information technology assets, including business data, from external threats and operational risks, and to facilitate the firm’s digitalisation journey in a secure manner.

**What will you do in this role?**
- The IAM Senior Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of digital certificates, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. This role involves working closely with various departments to manage, monitor, and maintain digital certificates across the organization.
- Certificate Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital certificates, including issuance, renewal, revocation and replacement.
- Ensure timely renewal of expiring certificates to prevent service disruptions.
- Certificate Inventory and Monitoring:

- Maintain an accurate inventory of all digital certificates used within the organization.
- Implement monitoring tools to track the status and validity of certificates, ensuring proactive management.
- Security and Compliance:

- Ensure that all certificates comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits of certificate usage and implement necessary controls to mitigate risks.
- Automation and Tool:

- Drive the implementation of streamlined or automated processes for certificate management to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Evaluate and integrate certificate management tools and platforms to enhance the overall management process.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of certificate management processes, policies and procedures.
- Generate regular reports on certificate status, compliance, and incidents for management reporting.
- Incident Response:

- Participate in incident response activities related to certificates, including compromised or expired certificates, and take appropriate corrective action.
- Collaborate with the incident response team to address security breaches involving digital certificates.

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in other related field of study.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital certificate management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificate concepts.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices related to digital certificates (e.g., SSL/TLS, X.509).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services industry is preferred.
