**About Us**:
Little Big Preschool is a nurturing and inclusive early childhood education center dedicated to fostering a love of learning, creativity, and social development. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool English Teacher to join our team and inspire young minds during their formative years.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Implementation**:
Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in English language arts, focusing on vocabulary, phonics, storytelling, and basic reading and writing skills.
- **Classroom Management**:
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, cooperation, and respect among students.
- **Individualized Support**:
Observe and assess each child's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
- **Communication**:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s development and addressing any concerns.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities, share resources, and contribute to the overall success of the preschool program.
- **Professional Development**:
Stay current with best practices in early childhood education and participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, EY1, EY2, L1/L2 LON, DECCE-T
- **Experience**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
- **Skills**:Strong command of the English language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
Patience, adaptability, and a caring attitude.
