- Develop, optimize, and sustain wet etch and wet clean processes for MEMS fabrication on 8-inch wafers.
- Monitor and analyze process performance using SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain high yield and reliability.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers to ensure tool performance and uptime.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities.
- Drive new equipment assessment, down selection and setup processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost, cycle time, and process robustness.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including process specifications, control plans, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all wet process operations.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication with a focus on wet etch and wet clean processes.
- Good understanding of semiconductor wet process.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex process issues.
- Good project management skills including timeline and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
- High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work under tight timeline and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, including written, presentation, negotiation and influencing.
- Possess good ownership, accountability and with agile mindset in view the work dynamics, Self-motivator and result orientated.
- Good team player
- Able to travel to overseas for business trip.
- Able to work in cleanroom.
