**Purpose of Position**:
To expedite the inbound and outbound orders of goods as per customer requests, whilst maintaining a high quality of service and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and company quality procedures.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Unload, inspect, check and store cargo
- Process unpack reports for the cargo
- Process inbound and outbound orders
- Pick and pack as required
- Process inventory spot audits
- Stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Working closely with both internal and external customers
- General warehouse duties, including cleaning

**WH&S**
- Have a responsibility to report any unsafe practices to the Warehouse Manager
- Have a duty to perform work tasks as instructed by the Warehouse Manager and ensure they do not put themselves or co-workers at risk of injury or ill health
- Only operate equipment they are trained and competent and authorised to operate
- Participate in WHS activities like inspections, meetings, and investigations

**Mandatory Accountabilities for all Positions**:

- Takes all practicable steps to ensure safety at work and that no action or inaction causes harm to anyone else
- Reports all hazards, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to manager and records as soon as possible
- Understands and complies with Röhlig health and safety policies and guidelines
- Understands and complies with Röhlig policies and procedures
- Adheres to Röhlig global process standards in daily work to ensure a high quality customer experience is delivered to all customers, internal and external
- Behaves and performs in accordance with Röhlig company values (Solid / Vivid / Committed), and strives to encompass them in day to day business

**Required Criteria**:

- Experience in a similar role within freight forwarding and logistics
- Current forklift licence, high reach experience preferred
- Shipping container loading and unloading experience
- **Those residing in SG West area highly welcome.**

- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solving
- The ability to prioritise tasks, problem solve and meet deadlines

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,400.00 per month
