We are seeking a Security Support Engineer to join our technical team and be involved in implementing security solutions, protection of computer systems, networks and infrastructures and security maintenance.

**Role and Responsibilities**

The Security Support Engineer will be part of the cyber security technical team and would be responsible in the following:
1. Technical lead for security solutions products
- Manage and conduct the deployment and maintenance of software / hardware into clients’ system
- Co-ordinate with vendors and partners on technical support and training
- Advise clients on upgrading approaches after understanding client infrastructure
- Produce proper documentations for changes implemented into client’s documents.

2. Participate as Consultant as assigned in projects and assist clients to:

- Engineer and implement security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information
- Identify and define system security requirements
- Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cyber security designs
- Prepare document SOPs and protocols
- Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks

3. Security Maintenance
- Respond to change order. Participate as network security solution provider during such change management.
- Compile/Track/Address CSA’s Indicators of Compromises and recommend rectifications to address these IOCs.
- Participate to support audits whenever internal audits are carried out, track and update audit issues.
- Co-ordinate with Pentesters for the conduct of VAPT.
- Attend meeting with System Owners.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in IT or Computer Information Systems or similar relevant field
- Knowledge in Network Infrastructure Skills
- Knowledge in Operating Systems
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Excellent Team player
