**Responsibilities**
- Design and create engaging visual assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, social media posts, and digital ads.
- Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ad creatives to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and digital marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma**in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience in creating and managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of design principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work from **9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday**.

**Salary**: $2,500/month
