Graduate Hire - L&D Business Partner

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.

**_ Role And Responsibilities _**
- Executes projects within a defined development plan.
- Contributes to project budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
- Contributes to the implementation of transformation and change capabilities specific to the business units.
- Support in employee communications projects, content (e.g., video) to promote employee understanding.
- Implement field communications projects, content (e.g., infographics, newsletters) to promote sales success.
- Manage and juggle many unrelated projects under tight deadlines.

**_ Education and Experience Required:_**
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.

**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**
- Basic planning, communication, change management, and cultural awareness skills.
- Basic ability to learn new technology and concepts.
- Basic ability to gauge variances in learning styles within an audience.
- Basic familiarity with learning content and training solutions.
- Writing and editing skills - requires peer or manager review.
- Good listening skills.
- Prioritization, project management and time management skills.
- Ability to translate technical, complex and varied information into audience-resonating communications.
- Attention to detail, but also able to grasp the big picture across business groups, segments and geographies.
- Proficiency in Korean language is a plus
