CCAMT is looking for Full-Time Lecturers in ESL to teach our full

Role Expectations for Full Time Lecturer:
Exceptional Teaching and Learning:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in English language and

Design and conduct assessments, providing timely and constructive

feedback to support student growth.

Monitor and maintain accurate records of students' academic progress

and social development.

Create and maintain an optimal classroom environment, including

effective organization of learning resources.

Set appropriate student targets aligned with school policy and

individual learner needs.

Pastoral Care and Student Development:
Provide support for students' emotional and social development.

Maintain high standards of discipline among students, prioritizing their

Professional Growth and Collaboration:
