**Research Assistant**:

- Job Req ID: 1061- Employee Category: Research- Department: HASSThe Singapore University of Technology and Design invites applicants for the position of Research Assistant at the Language and Social Cognition Lab. The project aims to evaluate cognitive processes such as trust in Human Robot Interaction (HRI).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Literature review on how psychological principles can be applied in the context of the research project (e.g. Trust, HRI, Decision making. )
- Design and develop experiment.
- Research project materials preparation.
- Recruitment of participants, conduct of research studies
- Data analysis using R, SPSS or other statistical software
- Other research-related work, e.g., report writing, contribution to conference abstracts and journal publication.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or work experience in psychology, statistics, cognitive science or related fields.
- Experience with research skills such as statistical analysis is an advantage.

**Opportunities for you to**:

- Work with equipment such as Tobii eye tracker in the project.
- Exposure to research workflow and other projects in the lab.
