Wellness Specialist

**Job Responsibilities
**Patient care**:

- Master the clinic's services and technology-based therapies to effectively communicate their benefits as a wellness expert.
- Perform comprehensive wellness assessments to grasp patients’' existing health status, objectives, and obstacles.
- Harmonize & communicate with physicians' treatment strategies and objectives, integrating technology-driven therapies alongside wellness practices to foster patients' holistic health.
- Introduce personalized clinic services and products that are customized to patients’ condition(s).
- Provide guidance on maintaining wellness and extend support to aid patients in their progression.
- Foster collaborative relationships with physicians, therapists and other staff to create an integrated approach to patient wellness.
- Maintain open lines of communication to exchange crucial information, updates, and insights regarding patient progress and needs.
- Identify and address gaps in patient care by actively coordinating between various healthcare professionals involved in the patient's treatment.

**Sales**:

- Assist patients in enhancing their health and well-being through the promotion of wellness products and services.
- Comprehend patients’ needs, presenting suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets.
- This position requires effectively communicating the worth of our wellness services, nurturing connections with patients, and actively contributing to the expansion of our wellness enterprise.

**Quality assurance**:

- Develop standard operating procedure (SOP) to ensure the accuracy and compliance with standards, resulting in better continuity of care for the patients.
- Conduct routine maintenance and sanitation of the wellness devices/machines.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends, research, and best practices.

**Wellness culture**:

- Constantly engage and encourage employees to utilize wellness resources.
- Create a culture of well-being within the organization by promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness.

**Job Requirements**
- Health sciences/Nursing Diploma or Degree preferred.
- Sales experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcomed; training will be provided.
- Possess great passion and interest in TCM or healthcare industry.
- Able to adapt quickly to situations and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Patient-focused, self-motivated, sales and service-oriented.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, independent, compassionate, and has a positive learning attitude.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
