Junior Legal Assistant

Work Location: Toa Payoh

Starting salary: $1600 to $2200 (depending on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls and handle all caller’s inquiries
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors with professionalism
- Sending and recording of all incoming & outgoing letters and deliveries
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Perform other related duties as required

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, independent and able to handle sensitive information
- Responsible with a good sense of accountability
- Strong command of English and Mandarin
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Fast and strong learner
