**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work with the key customer representatives to understand, and help define, technical requirements, and then develop ‘right-fit’ solutions that address the requirements.
- Provide technical product expertise, consulting support to the SAP customers.
- Review and integrate all technical requirements, including security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
- Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, execution, and operations environments.
- Develop and Perform system/hardware sizing and capacity planning as required to support the solution, identify potential hardware, and network issues.
- Lead / co-lead technical architecture analysis, design, and implementation, and ensure that the product fulfills the requirements.
- Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.
- Work with the IT ops team to determine how the system is supported in production, including backups, disaster recovery, system performance, and project management.
- Work with, and manage, remote (offshore) team, when required.
- Identify and communicate any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years’ consulting & implementation experiences in the following SAP Technology aspects:

- SAP S/4HANA (including ABAP platform)
- SAP Fiori architecture
- SAP Integration (PO/PI) via secure file transfer, messaging, API.
- SAP Infrastructure (compute/VM, storage, networking)
- SAP IT operations (backup/recovery, DR, monitoring, transport management, etc.)
- SAP architecture design (HA, DR, load balancing, single-sign-on, backup/restore, etc.)
- SAP archiving / ILM integrated with 3rd party solution (e.g., OpenText)
- **Experience in Designing SAP System Landscape, defining Implementation or Migration Strategies & Detailed Planning is highly desired.**:

- **Experience in BPP(Business Process Procedures), Workflow, and Integration.**:

- **Hands-on experience in executing End-to-End Implementations and/or Cloud Migrations of SAP Applications, HANA Database Migration, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, S/4HANA Conversion Projects etc.**:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
- Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
- Good conflict management skills; risk & issue management skills; project, planning & time management skills.
- A record of taking initiatives, driving results, and accepting increasing levels of responsibility.
