**About the Team & Business Line**:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our SPV Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

**Your Role**:
**CLIENT SERVICE**
- Responsible for high quality deliverables that are in compliance with timelines as set out with the client
- Perform accurate review of:

- journal entries in accordance with local and industry-specific accounting requirements
- statutory financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules in accordance with client requirements
- additional schedules and reports (GST/WHT Summaries, Surveys, etc.), as required by clients (Regular or ADHOC)
- Communicating and coordinating client matters with other service offices, auditors, tax advisors and client’s service providers
- Make certain financial transactions comply with financial policies and Citco’s transaction monitoring procedures. Proactively communicate with CoE where necessary to ensure implementation.
- Timely escalate operational and client issues to AVP

**ADMINISTRATIVE**
- Participates in the development and implementation of mitigation control procedures
- Support deployment activities:

- Support AVP in planning for new client set-up
- Ensures smooth transition of knowledge transfer from previous accountants where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Citco quality-control procedures through preparation and sign-off of quality control checklistsUpdate relevant fields on internal monitoring files

**COACHING**

Share knowledge, provide support and guidance to team members to create and foster an environment of continuous efforts.

**About You**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in accounting
- You can work independently and have the ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision with a flexible and proactive attitude;
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients and provides exceptional client service;
- Good communication, analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills;
- Willing to develop a career in the fund services profession, able to work under pressure and be a good team player;
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel;Take personal ownership (going beyond assigned tasks to make project better, and demonstrate strong concern for client).
