Singapore PSB TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day procurement activities which involve parts sourcing, request for quotations, supplier assessment, vendors sourcing, issue PO, expediting parts and all related documentations
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Sourcing for potential suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Maximise cost savings to ensure competitiveness for the Company
- Build and optimize relationships with current and new vendors including matters relating to safety, non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements and code of conduct
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned
- Support finance team with payment matters

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in SCM / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering preferably with technical knowledge on fabrication, mechanical and electrical components
- Relevant purchasing experience in the automation industries, fabrication workshop and logistics will be added advantage
- High level of professional integrity is essential
- Possess good negotiation, coordination and planning ability
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
- Those with more experience will be designated as Senior Purchaser
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI, Epicor, SAP will be a plus
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Fluency in English is preferred
