Responsible for Overall Test Automation Delivery
- Lead approximately 4-8 automation testers
- Design, Develop and Maintain Test Frameworks in Katalon /Selenium
- Facilitates and coordinates all Test Automation project activities from inception through completion of entire systems development lifecycle; including estimating, scheduling, status tracking, reporting, and issue and risk mitigating responsibilities.
- Provide daily /weekly status and metrics to the QA manager and Support the life cycle of the change requests.
- Performs complex analyses of business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment to align Test automation strategy for the program.
- Makes recommendations to improve and support business activities in the Automation approach.
- .Organizes automation test team(s) members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives.
- Oversees the ongoing review of Automation test(s) status; identifies risks. Develops recommends and implements risk mitigation solutions and implements as appropriate. Requirements / Qualifications:

- Seven or more years of experience in the automation testing
- Experience in managing automation projects or having worked as automation LeadChat 
- Expertise practical Knowledge of automation testing tools, and should have worked with at least 2 automation tools ,preferably Selenium Web driver ,Katalon, TOSCA or UFT
- Experience in data driven, Keyword driven and Hybrid test Automation Framework
- Expertise in consulting for end-to-end test automation solutions
- Expertise in the development of test strategies, test plans, detailed execution plans, and test reporting
- Good development /scripting skills in common programming languages which are compatible for Selenium WebDriver such as Java, C#, Python
- Strong Knowledge on Selenium Web driver API and it’s client libraries
- Good experience in automation of web bases Applications, good to have mobile automation experience
- Good Knowledge in using Version control Management tools such as BitBucket, Git and the Code review process
- Knowledge on Azure DevOps and CI/CD
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Effective Communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent English Communication ,both oral and verbal
- Communicate testing status and issues on a regular basis to the Project Manager and adhering to existing IHiS Process

**Salary**: $6,213.62 - $8,254.84 per month
