Statistician

**Duties**:

- Train researchers on topics related to research design and statistical methodology.
- Develop course materials on statistical design and data analyses for the MTF.
- Provide technical support for research teams on the use of the commercial computer software for data analysis.
- Assist staff and students in completing the Graduate Medical Education (GME) or other professional education requirements.

- **Basic Requirement for Statistician**:
**A.** Degree: Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) that included 15 semester hours in statistics (or in mathematics and statistics, provided at least 6 semester hours were in statistics), and 9 additional semester hours in one or more of the following: physical or biological sciences, medicine, education, or engineering; or in the social sciences including demography, history, economics, social welfare, geography, international relations, social or cultural anthropology, health sociology, political science, public administration, psychology, etc. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
- OR.- **In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below**:
