**Working location: Mount Elizabeth Hospital**
**Working hrs: 5.5 days office hrs**

Assist the manager and Head of Department in managing the daily operations of the department and participate in the planning of strategic goals and objectives of the department.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of service cycle in the department
- Participates actively in process improvement projects
- Ensures equipment are in optimal operational condition
- Ensure adequate supplies for efficient operations of the section
- Maintain high quality level of customer service to patients, doctors and clinic staff
- Coaching and mentoring of new/junior staff
- Any other reasonable duty that may be assigned from time to time

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and manage relationships effectively
- Able to cohesively lead the group
- Ability to read and understand financial data. Ensures cost and revenue are captured correctly and timely.
- Comprehensive knowledge of services and procedures performed in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Non-Invasive Laboratory as well as ability to effectively navigate radiology IT systems (SAP, RIS, PACS)
- At least 3 years in the service industry
- Microsoft Office
