As part of the Surbana Jurong Corporate Lab (SJ-NTU Corp Lab), we are looking for experienced individuals to support the SJ NTU Corp Lab Director in the day-to-day operations of Corporate Lab operations in project management.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead monthly programme review to monitor timely management of milestone completion, risks, budget, and technical progress for each of the research projects and develop mitigation plans when necessary.
- Monitor progress towards IAF mandated KPIs including headcount and publications.
- Collate, review progress reports for IAF submission.
- Ensure a level of professionalism and integrity amongst researchers in line with SJ and NTU practice.
- Coordinate the signing of Corporate Lab legal documentation including Project Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, and Awards letters, as well as amendments to these documents as needed.
- Help foster a collaborative and innovation-led environment within the Lab and implement a wider dissemination plan of the lab technical work.
- Act as Point of Contact for HS&E.
- Review equipment purchase to ensure equipment purchase according to approve equipment list.
- Lead the organizing and ensure any internal and external technical seminars run smoothly.
- Key contact for outreach, corporate communications, and technical communications for the program.
- Assist any visiting staff by scheduling visits to the Corporate Lab and NTU and provide any necessary logístical support during the visits.
- Chair the Supportive Workplace Committee and develop initiatives to bolster opportunities for educational and professional growth, as well as social cohesion among the staff.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a master’s degree from a renowned university in Civil, mechanical, engineering, material science. Computer science or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in project management with technical support.
- Technical competence in research project management with knowledge of contract management.
- Knowledge of grant management with industrial exposure to working well with both a funding agency and an industrial partner.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Well organized, meticulous, and analytical.
- Able to work both independently and as a team.
