**Responsibilities**:
As a full-time Scrum Manager, you will be responsible to:

- Plan, manage, and oversee multiple agile projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a detailed project plan, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Serve as a servant leader to empower the team, remove impediments, and improve collaboration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize work effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates, risk assessments, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and the team’s deliverables.
- Identify project risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Address any project roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Track and report key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Provide post-sprint and post-project analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Continuously refine and optimize Scrum practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Scrum Master**, **Project Manager**, or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and managing conflicts.
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

**Additional advantages**
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in managing large-scale software development projects.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
