**Key Responsibilities**:
Report to Projects Manager and assist in executing operational and administrative tasks on projects, including:
- Manage delivery/collection schedule
- Manage project data
- Monitor project progress/expenses
- Prepare purchase orders / invoices / inventory transfer documents
- Communicate with vendors / customers when required
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned
**Required Skills**:
- Diploma Holder
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Effective time management and scheduling skills
- Detail oriented
- Analytical skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft excel
- Ability to act independently with mínimal supervision
