**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate, control, implement and maintain user access rights (eg. Folders access)
- Manage and monitor inventory of office supplies/ project site to ensure smooth running of operations) (eg. Tracking of PC/Notebook/Printer)
- Administrative control of the company's IT equipment such as Servers, Computers
- Implementation and setup of company-wide and third-party software solutions. (if any)
- Coordination of the information flow between the Dept/BU/construction site and the Company’s IT department
- Able to read monthly reportssupplied by 3rd party IT Vendors, pick up and highlight abnormalities to IT Steering Committee
- To ensure all backup schedules are running
- Perform upkeeping of documentation, IT assets and ensuring policies are adhered to
- Prepare and disseminate IT Advisory/educational materials to Staff
- Coordinate quarterly updates to company website
- Provide technical support to IT Steering Committee in its IT projects, including assisting the Committee and the Board in their duties to ensure compliance to various IT policies in place
- Any ad-hoc duties/projects as and when requireQualifications: Diploma in Computer Science Studies/ Information Technology or equivalentExperience: Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.Specific skills/abilities: Experience in information technology (Window Server, Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, etc.)
