The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, display and social advertising strategies. This role will be responsible for creating and optimising paid media channels to support digital department growth goals. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with production teams to conceptualise and acquire all digital assets necessary for his respective platforms.

**Position Title**

Digital Marketing Specialist / Google Media Buyer

**Key Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Develop strategies to effectively reach the target audience and marketing goals
- Responsible for managing and monitoring all paid media campaigns on specific channels of media buying.
- Work closely with designers on production requirement communication and ensure quality design and deliverables
- Build and optimize paid media campaigns in channels like paid search, display, social, native advertising, and video
- Analyze real-time performance data and optimize at a granular level
- Work closely with internal and vendors / external stakeholders, participate in media planning across multiple platforms, including digital, and social media channels
- Test ad messaging, landing pages, and anything else that might impact the user experience
- Insight discovery for marketing campaigns and initiatives as well as explore the up to date market trends within the industry and the competitive landscape

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of relevant working experience, more experience will be considered in a senior role
- Great organisational skills & team player
- Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques (Specialise in paid Google or Social or App marketing in ASA / ASO)
- Experience of analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager etc )
- Detailed reporting with good visualisation skill from data
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
- Have a passion and sense for Finance Industry with can-do attitude
