**What you'll do**:
We're building our International Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent for Pismo's international business. The roles will be across multiple functions throughout EMEA and APAC. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a defined number of roles
- Identifying, engaging and attracting the best talent that allows Pismo to grow
- Help to plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Contribute to monthly updates for company's leadership and talent acquisition meetings
- Communicate regularly with HR, TA leadership and the business to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organisational goals
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges and helping to elevate our employer brand

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Previous experience preferably in Talent Acquisition or agency side Recruitment.
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Impactful presentation style
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, "can do" attitude
