OptimusMinds is looking for **Main Trainer**for a Hospitality & Tourism programme in Secondary Schools. **Must have a valid MOE registration.**

**Objectives**:
This module introduces students to three business industries (retail, travel & tourism, hospitality), with a focus on food & beverage operations and customer service. Students will learn about Singapore’s vibrant tourism industry, gain insights into restaurant and bar operations, pick up bartending skills, and acquire soft skills like listening and communication. Through various hands-on activities and Learning Journeys, students will discover the importance of understanding customer needs and building relationships.

**Outcome**:

- Understand the structure and operations of the hospitality industry.
- Set table and fold napkins for different dining occasions.
- Create their own mix of creative mocktails.
- Analyse how the marketing mix is used in the retail industry
- Develop communication skills and demonstrate good customer service.
- Perform service recovery in the event of customer dissatisfaction.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3-4 days

Pay: $50.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- training experience in Secondary Schools: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- MOE registration (preferred)
