Position: Event/Party Planner & Admin

Location: Hybrid (In-Studio & Remote)

**Salary**: $1,600 to $2,200 per month depends on your experience.

Working Hours: Flexible, with weekends required (Monday and Tuesday OR Sunday and Monday off, depending on bookings)

At Crafty Whizz Studio, we specialize in hosting creative sewing parties, events, team-building activities, and crafting workshops. Our mission is to provide hands-on, fun, and unique experiences that bring people together through creativity. We're looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team and help us deliver unforgettable events and experiences.

Role Overview:
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, has a creative flair, and is passionate about event planning and crafting. You’ll be involved in coordinating, organizing, and assisting with events, parties, and team-building activities. You'll also help with administrative tasks to keep the studio running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute sewing parties, crafting events, and team-building activities
- Manage event logistics, from coordination with clients to setup and tear-down
- Assist with creative event designs, theme planning, and crafting ideas
- Provide excellent customer service and client communication
- Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling, bookings, and client follow-ups on WhatsApp.
- Support the studio’s marketing efforts (e.g., social media posts, event promotions)
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Ensure the studio is organized and clean

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Creative, hands-on individual with a passion for crafting and event planning
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with a flexible work schedule, including weekends
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in event planning or administration is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, extrovert and happy to work with children is a plus.
- Owns a driving license class 3A is a plus but not required
- Positive attitude and always looking forward to create new things
- Good In social Media and keeping up with Social Media trends is a plus.
