**About this opportunity**

**The Role of Logistics Specialist englobes a person who has sound SAP knowledge and operational experience, who will assist APAC with sourcing, logistics, supply administration, issuing and receiving goods for iTero products within the region; working towards achieving operational goals for the iTero business.

**In this role, you will**
- Key responsibilities:
o Oversee SAP’s Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Source-to-Settle (STS) processes, covering system inventory control and distribution management, completing daily tasks to ensure accuracy in inventory.

o Coordinate RMA return and coordination with local markets in order to maintain service pool in healthy state.

o Monitor and manage freight and logistics partners’ performance for shipping, warehousing and domestic distribution.

o Resolve shipping and distribution related issues (with internal and external logistics partners) and feedback with systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions (CAPA) Plan

o Enforce strong inventory control and distribution management in SAP system

o A grounded understanding on trade compliance and valuation and been able to work with Trade Compliance on all customs matters

o A basic understanding of export control regulations and ECCN management

o Understand and able to navigate through diverse logístical landscape within APAC region

o Support and align with Global and Regional projects relating to Systems Roll-out, Go-To-Market Strategy, Regulatory Compliance, etc.

o Communicate all shipment issues to owners and intended recipients.

o Assure and follow up on-time delivery of materials

o Preparing reports which effectively communicate their findings to the APAC leadership and key stakeholders.

o Responsible to ensure adherence to documentation retention requirements with 3PLs.

o Maintain relationship with business partners and vendors

o Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.

o Report all unsafe activities to Manager and/or Human Resources.

o Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

o Perform other duties as assigned.

**_EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE_**

o BA/BS degree in Business Management, Logistics, Material Planning or Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience

o 2-3 years of experience in the logistics industry or in a similar role managing logistics service providers

o Strong knowledge and hands-on of SAP system is essential

o Depth knowledge and handling of Excel

o Basic understanding of supply chain processes including material planning, shipping, importation, and contract logistics.

o Strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills

o Fluency in English both written and spoken

o Basic experience in preparing shipping documentations and export/import declarations will be an added advantage

o Strong networking in the industry with 3PLs will be an added advantage
