**Position: Supervisor, Roadshow**

**Salary**:$2,800 - $3,600 + AWS + Variable Bonus**
**Location: Island wide**
**Working Hours / Days: Retail Hour, Rotating shift work
As a Roadshow Lead, you’ll be securing new client opportunities and developing relationships to grow our company. You’ll be responsible for prospecting potential clients and assist the Senior Roadshow Manager in managing the team of Roadshow promoters.

**Responsibilities**:

- To reach out and engage the general public.
- To actively participate in all roadshows.
- Consult with prospect and convert possible leads into businesses.
- Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively to meet target set by the Company.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity.
- Training / Onboarding of new Roadshow promoters. Planning of work schedule for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Possess GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred 2 years of relevant event management, sales promotions, or retail supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive results.
