**About Us**
We are seeking a highly motivated Tutor **(experienced in secondary & IP Math/Chemistry)** to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is **3-5 years into their career, have proven track records of results** and is passionate about motivating students and **looking to build a long-term career** in the tuition industry.
**Requirements**:
- Working Hours: Wed - Fri 12-9pm Sat-Sun 930-630pm
- Expert on secondary and IP Chemistry Math Physics Biology or relevant degrees to apply
**Responsibilities**
**Year 1-2**
- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions following the IP syllabus for secondary levels.
- Maintain excellent classroom management to create a positive and productive learning environment for all students. This includes setting clear expectations, managing student behaviour effectively, and fostering a respectful atmosphere.
- Be fully accountable for the academic progress and well-being of all students in your classes by providing timely and constructive feedback.
**Year 3-6 (if aligned with your career growth)**
- Contribute to the development of online learning resources
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior tutors
- Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new students
- Engage in community-building initiatives to foster a strong connection with students and parents
- Managing and own a centre under My Masterclass umbrella.
**Application Process**
Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Weekend availability
