**Job Description**:
**The role**
This position plays a vital role in building up the digital customer solutions portfolio for Toll Global Forwarding. The role sits within the Digital Sales and Global Sales Operations team. Part of the role is to support the Product Manager Digital Customer Solutions to help him gain more efficiency in developing and deploying new solutions. The other part is making sure existing and new solutions are trained regularly with the right material and documentation. This role plays a big part in Toll’s Innovation strategy with a direct impact on Toll Global Forwarding’s digital presence
As the Digital Customer Solutions Specialist, you will:
- Global support of legacy customer visibility and tracking tool including managing change requests
- Develop customer reporting standards. Assist with the development of our new Customer portal.
- Assist and lead any new digital customer solution projects. Assist with grooming of product backlog
- Support the product manager in developing reports to understand and track product usage and success
- Work closely together with country / regional sales & marketing teams to drive adoption. Support in the development of digital customer solutions product collateral
**Qualifications**:
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ideally 1 -2 years of experience in project based environments, preferable in logistics
- Quick and keen learner with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Likes to think out of the box
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work as part of a large, global, cross-functional team. Able to drive performance and motivate
- Ability to draw insights from data and present recommendations
