We are looking for an individual with experience in demand and supply planning. In this role, you are responsible for supporting the monthly S&OP process of our clients, using the Anaplan platform built and supported by Vuealta, to ensure the best possible demand forecast for timely and optimal availability of all our clients’ products. As part of the role you are constantly balancing global demand and supply for their sales channels. You make sure forecast actions are reflected in the S&OP sales plan accordingly, resulting in a monthly rolling forecast. The S&OP forecast serves as input for the monthly supply planning process, shop planning forecast and financial budget. This individual will be customer facing and will report to the Functional Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

- You will support the completion of the monthly S&OP cycle for the client, meaning:

- You will work together with multiple departments to collect required business drivers, keep track on deadlines and validate inputs from the relevant business units
- You will support the client to create monthly S&OP reports, category analyses and presentations
- You are in charge to make sure forecast accuracy results, category trends, and business inputs are translated to required forecast actions and are reflected in the demand planning tool logic
- You will contribute to executive demand reviews and S&OP work sessions
- You will align the S&OP activities according to Vuealta’s guiding principles, identify pain points, and provide suggestions to address bottlenecks.

**Requirements**:

- You have a Bachelors/Masters degree (Business Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management)
- You have 2-4 years of experience in demand planning, statistical forecasting, inventory planning and S&OP planning
- Experience in a Retail / FMCG environment is a plus
- You have a strong command of the English language (spoken and written). Additional local languages are an advantage.
- You have strong analytical, planning & organizing skills
- You have experience in MS Office Tools, and visualization tools (e.g, Power BI)
- You are pro-active, eager to learn and accurate with a sharp eye for details
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You are a team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company
- Experience with using Anaplan is highly desirable

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
