What You Will Learn

About the Company
Calvary Carpentry Pte. Ltd. is a timber supply & install company that offers their clients the highest standards of design, installation, materials and craftsmanship alongside imparting and educating their clients with knowledge on the various timber supplies and aftercare maintenance. Their team of professionals has on average, 15 years of experience in the timber industry. Their services include all facets of supply and install, timber work repairs and refurnishing. This includes a free assessment of the area, followed by a recommendation on site by their customer service consultants.
Being one of the leading professionals in the timber industry, Calvary Carpentry sets to provide its private and commercial clients with the highest standards of design, installation, materials and craftsmanship.
Your Task
- Produce drawing details and submit
- Liaise with technical director and site team for drawing approval
- Produce safety documents e.g. risk assessment, BCA submission, SWP and namelist and submit
- Liaise with clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant Diploma in Architecture, Landscape Design, Interior Design, BCA Academy.
- Safety course, Risk assessment course
- Basic Knowledge of Autocad, 3D software.
- Photoshop and Design related software.
- Highly organized and able to work independently to multi-task and handle concurrent ongoing projects.
- Possess leadership skills, dynamic work attitude and excellent communication and high EQ.
- Passionate about design and must be articulate with flair
- Good project management skills with particular emphasis on managing client relationships
