- Work closely with FP&A team to gather accurate information for budgeting, forecasting and track business financial performance for different cross-border programmes and business units
- Provide insightful P&L analysis reports to senior management in a timely manner
- Develop models for business planning and leverage on BI tools for dashboarding the cross-border performance metrics (eg: revenue and Management KPIs)
- Proactively partner with relevant stakeholders (finance and business operations) to identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience with Planning and Analysis background
- Degree in Business or any related discipline
- Strong commercial sense, strategic thinking & sophisticated analytical and data visualisation skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, SQL proficiency is an advantage
