**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
The incumbent will support liquidity and optimum cash management, and development of in-house treasury capabilities across Vena Group.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cash flow forecasting for liquidity management
- Perform cash positioning for cash visibility and development of strategies for cash optimization
- Identify and analyze FX and interest rate risk exposures, and development of hedging strategies to manage those exposure
- Monitor debt covenants and leverage ratio for the corporate facility and development of strategies to optimize the group's capital structure
- Perform treasury operations by ensuring timely funding into assets under construction/development and extraction of distribution from operating assets
- Prepare regular reports on treasury updates to the ARC & Board
- Monitor and evaluate new opportunities for banking products as well as contact maintenance with the financial institutions
- Develop annual plan and roadmap to streamline processes and subsequent implementation for those plans
- Develop and coach in-house treasury capabilities across Vena Group

**EDUCATION**:

- Degree in business, economics, finance or accounting
- CFA an advantage

**Experience**:

- Min. 3 years working experience with min. 2 years of working experience in treasury position
- Knowledgeable and experience with banking, financial products and cash management

**SKILLS**:

- Well-developed presentation and PowerPoint skills
- Proficient in excel/VBA/macro/Power BI an advantage
- Meticulous, analytical and a problem-solver
