Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a Treasury Operations Lead to oversee financial resource management and treasury operations for the APAC region. The role will involve cross-team collaboration within HRT to manage capital, run point on treasury operations functions, and interact with external financial institutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor the firm's capital and collateral used for trading purposes daily, including the calculation of USD and non-USD cash balances and projections
- Bank account management, including opening and closing global accounts, updating bank account signer changes, and assisting with the administration of online banking platforms
- Enter payments through various international banking portals utilizing a strong understanding of domestic and international requirements and payment types
- Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams to monitor and manage external compliance/audit requests
- Interact with Business Development, Financial Strategy, Operations, and Middle Office teams to optimize capital efficiency
- Support the rollout of new initiatives in cash and capital management, cash forecasting, and reporting areas through facilitating data collection and review
- Collaborate on external system implementation projects
- Coordinate with other teams to help manage debit and credit balances across prime brokers (PBs) and custodians on a daily basis, with a focus on minimizing financing costs, laddering out term funding, and working with FinStrat to optimize positions
- Help manage foreign currency risk for a dynamic, multi-program (cash flow hedging, balance sheet hedging, net investment hedging, etc.) FX hedge portfolio
- Support the vendor management verification processes

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- 7+ years of experience in relevant or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with bank account-related documentation
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of both domestic and foreign KYC banking requirements
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business requirements
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a time sensitive and dynamic environment
