**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)**:

- Manage leads, funnels and achieve consistent monthly KPI targets (such as conversion rate etc...)
- Identify business development opportunities where possible - outbound contacts not limited to digital efforts or meetings. Improvise and

**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent written and verbal English, Mandarin communication skills.
- Proven sales ability and skills to work with KPIs and targets would be highly regarded.
- Previous sales focused senior role would be highly regarded.
- Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for our products and services
- Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mind set, with an ability to build, influence and enhance strong and meaningful client relationships
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Intermediate knowledge/experience of financial markets
- Expert knowledge of trading platform and financial products highly regarded
- Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline desirable (Business, Finance, Economics etc.)
