
Regional Sales Manager

**Customer relationship management and distribution partner collaboration**
- Build and maintain customer’s and partner’s relationship by understanding the needs and provide professional business solution
- Acquire new key accounts and maintain the relationship with the existing ones
- Handle all project
- and sales related topics
- Support in tradeshows, fairs etc as well as customer visits
- Visit customer and project sites on frequent basis
**Internal communication with Sales team and Headquarter**
- Develop sales and marketing strategy to different markets in Asia Pacific region
- Coordinate with technical team and get the latest product knowledge
**Market study**
- Monitor the market competition and future trends/demands
- Collect market information and perform analysis
**Sales Target**
- Achieve sales target and related KPIs
Submit regular sales and marketing reporting
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years work experience and at least 3 years in refrigeration related industry
- Profound experience in sales preferably in refrigeration equipment or commercial refrigeration industry (B2B)
- CO2 knowledge and experience are highly preferred
- High proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Self-motivated, Passionate on selling and Problem solving orientated
- Proactive for new action, flexibility to support various tasks
- Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player, especially cross department communication
- Entrepreneurial spirit and independent work ethics and good business behavior
- Proficient with MS packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sound knowledge in using IT tools including Large Language Model for analyzing data and reporting
