Lecturer in Mathematics

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach IB Mathematics (AA and AI, SL and HL levels) to students in international schools
- Develop and update engaging lesson materials aligned with the IB syllabus
- Guide students in preparing for exams and completing Internal Assessments (IA)
- Participate in academic planning and teaching team discussions
- Assist in managing our social media presence, particularly the math content on Xiaohongshu (RedNote)
- Create and publish math-related posts, study tips, or highlights of student achievements
- Attend teacher meetings and contribute to teaching quality improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience teaching the IB curriculum preferred
- IB Diploma graduates with a strong background in IB Mathematics are highly encouraged to apply
- Strong command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Responsible, patient, and able to communicate effectively with students
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RedNote) or a strong interest in content creation is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
