Singapore DESIGN INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTS LLP Full time

**Scope of duties outline as following**:
1. To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to required quality and accuracy;
2. To check the construction drawings (Architectural, CS & ME) and

liase with M&E OSR

for discrepancies and bring the same to the notice of the Employer’s Representative (ER).

3. To report and record all works that are not carried out in accordance with the contract drawings.

4. To carry out site supervision and inspections of all permanent and temporary works.

5. To ensure that the Contractor provide and maintain the safety, cleanliness, tidiness on site.

6. To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delay immediately;
7. To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team;
8. To maintain proper and update daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labor, day works, provisional quantities, etc;
9. To witness and record testing results;
10. To check that the contractor executes preliminaries items;
11. To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors;
12. To record all variations as instructed or approved by consultant team;
13. To check and assist the ER to certify the monthly progress claim and variation works submitted by the Contractor

14. To attend to contractor’s queries and co-ordinate works of the main contractor and owner’s direct contractors;
15. To inspect and assist with takeover of completed works and report on defects;
16. To monitor progress of rectification work and ensure all defects are satisfactory rectified;
17. To Undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the owner / consultant team.
