Role Description

The role is suited for individuals looking to build practical procurement knowledge in a fast-paced food and beverage (F&B) environment.

Specific Responsibilities
- Execute the full procurement cycle, including purchase requisition, approval workflows and PO management
- Assist in drafting, issuing and tracking purchase orders (POs)
- Maintain and improve purchasing systems and supplier database records
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure sufficient kitchen stock
- Set evaluation criteria, review supplier performance and manage procurement decisions
- Support preparation of procurement reports and cost tracking documents
- Implement procurement cost control mechanisms and support pricing strategies
- Collaborate with chefs and operations team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials
