- Position Title**:ABA Therapist**:

- Working Location: Raffles Place (Walking distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary + Performance Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement therapy protocols.
- Ensure holistic student welfare.
- Maintain case notes and reports progress.
- Maintain close relationships and communication with all stakeholders of the classroom/ school.
- Provide 1:1 and small group sessions.
- Manage student behaviours in classroom.
- Meet with teachers to support the student's needs in their classrooms.
- Carry out special duties (e.g., outdoor recreation area monitor, extra-curricular activities, holiday camps, school fairs, open houses).
- Mentor/ support Teachers in the behavioural management realm.
- Modify lessons according to each child’s ability level.
- Be knowledgeable on professional techniques and best practices in special education.
- Adhere to school's SOPs.
- Complete respective administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance-record keeping, etc.).
- Maintain, adhere to and be up to date with Edutrust processes and systems.
