**[What You'll Be Working On]**:
As part of our Team, you'll have exciting responsibilities that involve:
**Research and Ideation**:Participate in the conceptualization process, developing insights into how viewers and customers think and what motivates them to view videos and take action. Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new video filming/editing technologies to maximise the impact of the videos you create.

**Production**:Plan, organise, and execute video shoots, handling video, lighting, and audio equipment to capture raw footage.

**Assemble and Edit Footage**:Transform raw footage into a finished product, selecting footage that aligns with the storyline and conversion objectives. Vary camera angles, trim footage as necessary, and create a fluid sequence.

**Gather Assets**:Source relevant assets such as audio and visual effects, images, or b-roll footage. Explore suitable music tracks and integrate
