**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, install, test, and implement systems in accordance with specifications and service levels.
- Perform system hardening and conduct regular security reviews for all managed Windows and Unix systems
- Take over system management of customer system, enhance and improve the manageability.
- Regular evaluation of technology, available external solutions, business practice and solutions, in-house skills, interpretation of internal best practice skills
- Provide consultancy on technical problems or system upgrades to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years experience in hand-on system support
- Very good working knowledge and experience with Windows OS support (Win2008, Win2012, Window 2016 server) and Vmware hypervisor support (Vsphere 5. x, 6. x)
- Well-versed in AD/DNS/DHCP/WSUS/SCOM, EXCHANGE 2010/OFFICE 365, MS cluster, and other Microsoft products
- Experience in power shell scripting, Cisco UCS Blade - iLO, and L1-L2 Network Knowledge will be an added advantage
- Other platforms support and working concepts to be able to integrate into a project solution; these include storage (NAS/SAN) and backup/restore solutions.
- Redhat & SuSE Linux knowledge will be an added advantage
