Our client is currently seeking a dedicated **Conveyancing and Estate Planning Lawyer **to join their reputable law firm based in Singapore. In this role, you will handle a mix of real estate and wills and trusts matters, playing a key role in property transactions and estate planning. As a Conveyancing and Estate Planning Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice on both real estate and estate planning issues, managing the conveyancing process from start to finish, advising on wills and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and addressing client inquiries throughout each transaction. Working closely with clients and the legal team, you will contribute to the firm’s continued success and support its objectives across both the real estate and estate planning sectors.
**- Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate and estate planning matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development projects, wills, and trusts.
- Draft and negotiate various legal documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, trust agreements, and wills.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare legal opinions on real estate and estate planning transactions.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution and compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting both the real estate and estate planning sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of PQE.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in wills and trusts as well as real estate transactions is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering results.
