**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
1. Develop, foster and build relationships and collaborations with industry partners to create internship and job placement opportunities.

3. Track internship and job placement rates to ensure targets been met.

4. Plan, organize and oversee industrial collaborative projects and volunteer work.

5. Plan and organize in-house events such as the Graduation, Career Fair, seminars, workshops and Alumni activities.

6. Plan project timeline, coordinate and execute the tasks needed to organize the bi-yearly graduation ceremony.

7. Conduct orientation briefing for new students.

8. Disseminate information of competitions which students are invited to participate to PMOMs and PDs.

9. Manage Raffles CPD job portal and ensure the accurate filing of CPD reports.

11. Oversee and manage other adhoc projects.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. Have a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.

3. Possess good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

4. Dynamic with a good disposition.
